What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist with a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Why is my item on backoreder?
Your item may be on backorder due to high demand or limited inventory. Occasionally, production delays or supply chain issues can also impact availability. Rest assured, we're working to restock as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on your order status. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
How do I return my item if I am an international customer?
We do not ship or receive internationally at this time.
How do I exchange my oreder?
To exchange an order, please email me directly at angel@halobyangel.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and photos of any defects not caused by mail handling. HBA Beauty will work with you to ensure a smooth exchange process.
How do I qualify for a free shiping?

How do I make a return?
Upon approval of an exchange, simply package your item securely and include your original receipt with the order number. Ship it back to us using the return address provided in your approval email. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll promptly process your exchange. If you have questions along the way, email us at angel@halobyangel.com!
Do you have ambassadors?
To become a HALO ambassador, simply visit the "Join Our Team" tab on our website and submit your application. To qualify, you must be 25 years old or older, a HALO Circle member with an existing purchase history, and have a social media presence across three platforms with a combined total of at least 10,000 followers. If you meet these criteria and are excited to represent our brand, we can’t wait to hear from you!
How do I share my champion testimony?
We’d love to hear your champion story! If you’ve overcome addictions through faith and want to share your journey, please send us your testimony with the subject line “I Am a Champion.” You can submit a written testimony of 500 words or less or a video (under 2 minutes) uploaded to YouTube, along with a recent photo.
